Being new at owning a hot tub, we were unsure and hesitant about trying new products on it. It was recommended to try Silk Balance, as a simple and optimal way to treat our hot tub. It has been 6 months now and we have already changed the water once. We have absolutely loved the use of Silk Balance! Our chemical balance is perfect, with little to no maintenance (as long as you follow the Silk Balance directions), there’s no chemical/chlorine smell, and it feels great on our skin, even with daily use. We would highly recommend this product to all spa/hot tub users!
