After almost 20 years of using the old chlorine system, we got a new spa and switched to SilkBalance. It’s so easy. I love that it stays in balance so I don’t always have to be checking and adjusting the pH, and even better is that there’s no chlorine odor when you’re in the tub or after you get out. The water stays crystal clear and has a soft feel to it that’s hard to describe but nice.
