I have had silk for about 2 months and we love it! It came with our new hot tub and we couldn’t be happier. I love how silk makes my skin feel when I get out of the hot tub. I love that it is super easy to use by only putting in silk once a week. I do not like the chlorine smell so silk being that low chlorine based system is a huge plus! Every time I open the cover I see crystal clear water which makes silk that much better. My brother in law has baqua spa and it doesn’t come close to silk. He has cloudy water and has to always put chemicals in. We put in chemicals to balance the water and haven’t put any in except out weekly dosages. I am so happy we got silk with our hot tub and I cannot see us using anything else but silk. Thank you for the great product!
