My spa is new and I have never used anything other than Silk Balance, but it is performing very well. I have had no issues keeping the water clean, the chemicals correct, and any skin irritation from arising from too much time in the tub. As far as I’m concerned, it’s the right thing to use, and I will continue doing so.
