I began using other chemicals to treat the spa water, but when the dealer suggested switching to SilkBalance, I took a chance. Since that time, I have enjoyed the ease of use of the silk balance and how the water feels. If given the option to return to the original chemicals, I would turn them down every time. I will stay with SilkBalance as long as I have a hot tub. Great product.
