We’ve only had out hottub for a few weeks but love the feel of the water when we get it by using Silk Balance. Our water clarity lately hasn’t been crystal clear but perhaps we need to add another chemical beside chlorine and silk balance. We are fairly new to owning a hot tub but I would recommend using silk balance to all hot tub owners…..
