Wow, my husband and I recently switched over to Silk Balance for our hot tub. Over the winter we both experienced skin irritation with “the other” product line. The first time we lifted the cover of our hot tub (after draining, refilling, and introducing Silk Balance) we both immediately noticed the absence of a strong chemical odor. The water appeared clear and clean, and there has been no skin irritation or dryness.
