I have been using SilkBalance since i bought my hot tub almost two years ago. One thing that I really like about using it is that it minimizes the amount of chemicals that I need to use. I use about 3 oz once a week and SilkBalance keeps all my chemicals in check and I almost never need to add any other chemicals. It also reduces any smell like you’d get using a public pool and it does indeed leave our skin feeling normal/soft…and not dry. I will continue using SilkBalance with my hot tub as it makes for easy maintenance and I get to spend more time enjoying my hot tub instead of messing with the water. Thank you, The Adriaansens
