I love using Silk Balance in our spa. We have clean and soft water every time we use the spa. It is by far the easiest product we have ever used. There is no foam, no water line, and minimal water testing. My husband and I have sensitive skin and and we have loved how it doesn’t dry out our skin and we have had no skin irritations.
