After owning a spa for 13 years, we purchased a new Hotspring Spa in June 2013. We decided to try the SilkBalance water conditioning system. We have been very pleased with how smooth, clear, and clean it has helped keep the water. I have a skin condition that was always aggravated by the water in our first spa. Since using the SilkBalance in our new spa, I have not had the problems and use our spa on a daily basis. We will continue to use the SilkBalance system in our new spa as we believe it has really helped the quality of the water.
