I sent a thank you letter to Phoebe Briley, our sales person at Atlantic Spas and Billiards thanking her for her recommendation to switch to using Silk Balance in our spa. It has made a huge difference in how much we enjoy our spa. We tried other products, switched to using enzymes but my wife’s skin is sensitive, so that her legs were “itchy” for days after using the spa. Switching to Silk Balance made all the difference in the world! She now joins me in the spa, and feels great when she gets out. After using Silk Balance, there is no “itchy” feeling. Also, it is much easier to add to the spa than the other products. It is so rare that a product that is easier to use also works much better. The recommendation to use Silk Balance has been wonderful.
