I was reluctant to change to Silk Balance when the rep at Lifestyles suggested it. It seemed expensive at first – however – now that I’ve used it for nearly a year, I’ve found that the cost is about the same and it’s much more convenient than our old chemicals. The feel of the water and the lack of odor from the product is great as well! Even my daughter – the reluctant young lady in the picture – enjoys our hot tub more!
