We have been using Silk Balance for a little over a year now, and we have been more than happy with it. One of the reasons we purchased a hot tub, was to relax. So I did not want to have to constantly deal with testing the water, PH, etc. Since getting a PHD in Chemistry was not an option, Silk Balance was a good option, Silk Balance makes having a Hot Tub, a very easy experience. You can spend more time relaxing and less time playing with chemicals. There is never a ‘chlorine’ smell, and the water always smells and looks fresh. This is a great product, and I would recommend it to anyone with a Hot Tub spa.
