Upon the recommendation of our spa dealer, we decided to try the Silk Balance program with our new spa. We are very glad we did! We had previously owned a spa 15 years ago, and we remembered messing with chemicals, experiencing dry skin, and smelling of chlorine when we got out of the spa. Silk Balance has changed all that. The water is very soft, our skin feels great, and we don’t need to shower after relaxing in the spa! And we aren’t constantly adding a myriad of chemicals to the water. Silk Balance and a little chlorine once a week and we are good to go!
