SilkBalance rocks! With previous water treatment systems we tended to avoid using our hot tub during “dry skin weather” since the chemicals sometimes irritated dry skin. Now, however–thanks to Silk Balance–our little Hot Springs TX tub has become a true therapeutic spa experience, complete with all of the benefits of skin moisturizing built in. The team at Baker Pool and Spa is a wonderful group of folks who were helpful and fun to work with as we set up our new tub & started our happy relationship with SilkBalance. The SilkBalance water treatment process is considerably more user-friendly than our previous brand, and also probably less expensive in the long run. Fewer gyrations overall, and fewer bottles to buy & store. Hooray and thank you for SilkBalance.
