I have used SilkBalance for six months now. I wanted to be sure it was as simple to use as advertised before writing this review. The initial setup required a couple of phone calls that Baker Pool & Spa addressed easily. From then on, the maintenance of my hot tub has proven to be much easier than the previous system. In fact, working with the Baker Pool & Spa staff, I have been able to refine the maintenance schedule to use only half the amount of chemicals. A system that is simple to use and saves money at the same time!
