We have been using Silk Balance for 3 1/2 months(since Aug. 1, 2013). From the first week, Silk Balance has kept our spa water clear, odor free, soft to the touch(like soft water). It has reduced our chemical use of chlorine and made it much easier to regulate the ph level. My wife says it feels better on her skin and hair and does not fade our swimming suits! I think we will be using Silk Balance in our spa!
