We have used the SilkBalance water care system for the last two months and I can say that from day one we have really enjoyed this product.I like getting into the hot tub and relaxing without the familiar odor of chemicals. The water is clean and our skin is soft and not itchy, nor do we have that dry feeling after we get out of the tub.
