When we received our new hot tub we started using silk balance and just love it. We use to use chlorine only and our skin would itch when we got out of the hot tub. But now with silk balance the water is so soft and our skin feels so much better when we get out of the hot tub. I would recommend this product to anyone who owns a hot tub.
