We purchased our spa in early 2009 and our dealer told us to use Silk Balance and not the triditional chemicals I had used for years. In fact, I did not beleive that this product could provide clear, clean and fresh water consistently. We have used Silk Balance since May of 2009 and never had to drain our spa due to this product and minimal other maintenance. Thank you Silk Balance for delivering what you promise!
