We love the fact that there is no more chemical smell in our hot tub and you are no longer feeling dry and itchy when you get out. Silk Balance is nice and smooth feeling. It really makes my filter grungy but that is because of the way it works, you know its working and its an easy rinse of the filter. My water lasts much longer between changes and remains clear without foaming up too.
