Love Silk Balance, spent 6 months working with other chemicals and could never get it just right, used Silk Balance once and have never had another problem, now a year later and with upgraded hot tub cannot imagine using anything else. Spent extra time in the tub during the winter of 2013/14 in Michigan and never had an issue with water quality…..thanks Silk Balance!!
