I have had my hot tub since late last fall. Care has been easy, simple and the emotional benefits are awesome, as well as the physical bennies. I come out feeling relaxed and soothed. I use the tub frequently about 3-5 days per week. The sounds, the view, and the lights are serene and have helped me tremendously. I do not regret buying this product, just not happy with after purchase service.
