We were very new to the process of using and maintaining a spa and the SilkBalance system has made owning our spa a joy. Not only is the system easy to use but the water doesn’t have the typical chemical smell or feel as most spas. We use our hot tub more often now and we feel the difference SilkBalance has made for us.
