Dear Silk Balance, We are so pleased that we changed from treating our hot tub with chlorine to the Silk Balance system a few years ago. We would plan on the dry skin that occurred in the winter when using our tub, as well as the smells that were difficult to control. Since we started using Silk Balance, both of these issues have been non-existent. It is so easy to balance our tub now, and we are able to enjoy it much more throughout the year.
