I LOVE SilkBalance!!!! It has made all the difference in the world. Before I used it, although my test strip was normal, the water in my spa was continuously discolored, foamed & had a horrible plastic odor when the jets were on. The amount of chemicals required were excessive. No matter what I did, the water was gross & I was really discouraged.
