We just purchased our second hot tub and were recommended to use your silk balance system based on its advantages over the original one we had of adding chlorine powder. Once we got the hang of adding the proper amounts, we do enjoy this system over our previous one. The water feels softer and our skin is not as dry after getting out of the hot tub. We will definitely continue to use the silk balance system. While your chemicals do cost more, we do feel in the long run they will be ultimately be cheaper as we do not add them as frequently. Overall, it does make enjoying our hot tub much better. Our friends have also mentioned the same feelings and want to be in the hot tub even more. Thanks
