We used to have a hot tub years ago and just purchased this new one. At the time of our purchase the sales person recommended that we try the Silk Balance before anything else as we mentioned that we did not like the chlorine smell of the chemicals we used to use. It not only smells nice, the ease of the use is AWESOME. WE LOVE IT!! AND SO DOES OUR TUB LOOKS AND SMELLS GREAT
