My wife and I love the Silk Balance product. We have had our spa for a little less than a year, and even in that short time, we’ve had a chance to find out through trial and error what works in water care, and what doesn’t. Silk balance leaves the water feeling–well, SOFT. There’s really no comparison! We both have worked long careers in nursing, and that’s hard on a body.
