We have been using silk balance from day one in or new spa and we love it. Our previous tub we used chemicals that we constantly had to keep checking and it were very difficult to keep regulated. With Silk we love the ease of the product use and really love not having to worry so much about checking the water as often. It does an amazing job and is so easy to use.
