My wife has asthma and is very sensitive to most sanitizers. We tried the system that came with the spa as well as chlorine and bromine to no avail. We then found your SilkBalance system at Baker Pool and after talking to them, decided to give it a try. We followed their start-up instructions to the letter and could not be more pleased. For the first time she has been able to share the spa with me. She has no problem with the water anymore and our spa has never been cleaner. Thank you for your great product.
