I switched to Silk Balance after a few frustrating years with another system that was unpredictable and frustrating. I have found that with Silk Balance, it has been a very easy switch. The water is always fresh smelling and clear and has not caused any itchiness that I sometimes encountered with my previous system. As with any hot tub system, there are weekly checks and maintenance, but with Silk Balance, it has been easy to learn. I am very pleased that I made the change to Silk Balance!
