To The Entire Spa Team, I have been a loyal customer for approximately ten years and have always been treated with nothing but kindness and incredible customer service. Corean, who is an outstanding customer service employee, talked with me about changing over to a new system, which uses Silk Balance. Even though I thought the cost was too much, based on her knowledge, I thought I would give it a try. I had always had dry skin which, especially in the wintertime, led to itching and even limited the amount I would use the hot tub. I have to say, after using Silk Balance, my dry skin is gone.
