My wife and I have used Silk Balance in our Hot Springs Jetsetter for nearly a year now and must say this product really works as advertised! It keeps the hot tub clean and fresh smelling. We’ve also noted that Silk Balance significantly reduces the “ring around the hot tub” from chemicals and calcium buildup and a constant positive balance reading every time we use the spa test strips. Silk Balance is a great product. We will continue protecting our hot tub with Silk Balance as long as we own it!
