The whole family loves the SilkBalance system! Never having owned a hot tub before, we were expecting to have to test, balance, correct, and fiddle with chemicals to keep our spa clean and clear. Not so with SilkBalance, and there is no dry, flaky skin, no chemical smell or feel. We think SilkBalance is well named. Nice silky skin and a balanced water system with very little effort.
