We bought our hot tub on May 2012. The installer gave us samples of the cleaning chemicals/sanitizers. Seeing all those bottles was overwhelming, I got so distracted that I didn’t hear most of the instructions on how to use it. I asked the installer if there’s anything that could make this easier for us, and he recommended Silk Balance. I must say that I really like how smooth it makes my skin feel – it didn’t leave my skin dry. It also leaves the water smelling fresh and clean. My husband is appreciative that maintaining the pH/alkalinity level is a breeze with Silk Balance. We are so satisfied with this product that we recommend it to our family and friends. It may be pricey but it’s so worth the money!
