My wife and I love our HotSpot Relay hot tub which we purchased at Olympic Hot Tub in Everett, WA from Bernadette. (Thank you, Bernadette, for all of your help with our purchase.) We use SilkBalance in our hot tub which provides excellent water quality and prevents the accumulation of bacteria. It is easy to use, and only needs to be added once per week. Other systems require the use of multiple chemicals to maintain the alkalinity and pH of the water, but this is not required with our hot tub when using SilkBalance. We find our hot tub very relaxing and therapeutic. It’s very good for relaxing tense necks and backs. Gary Tripp Woodinville, WA
