We have been happily using SilkBalance for one full year. The product has exceeded our expectations in that it has dramatically simplified the maintenance of our Spa. Furthermore our Spa has never been more clear and comfortable in that there are no chemical smells in the water or residue left on our skin. In addition, it is important to point out that the benefit of SilkBalance for our family is that it saves us time, money while increasing the value we get out of our Spa.
